Stress Counselling

A simple illustration of a leaf between two horizontal lines.

Support for men who feel under pressure, overwhelmed, or unable to switch off.

Stress can creep in slowly and build up over time. You might be holding everything together on the outside, while feeling tired, tense and stretched on the inside.

You do not have to figure it out alone.

There is a way to slow things down

Stress can make it feel like you have to keep pushing through. Counselling gives you space to pause, speak openly, and begin to make sense of what is building up.

What stress can feel like

Stress does not always look obvious from the outside. You might still be working, showing up, supporting others and getting through the day, while privately feeling close to your limit.

I also understand the pressure that can come with working in the corporate sector, where stress is often normalised and many men feel they have to keep performing, coping and carrying on, even when they are struggling underneath.

Stress can affect your sleep, relationships, health and sense of balance. You might be pushing through and telling yourself to get on with it, but over time, that pressure can take its toll.

Counselling gives you space to slow down, speak honestly and look at what is happening beneath the surface.

I will not tell you to “just relax” or give you a list of generic advice. We will work at your pace, looking at what stress feels like for you, what may be driving it, and what support could help you feel more steady.
