Men’s Mental Health Counselling

Support for men who feel stuck, overwhelmed, low, angry, or unsure where to start.

Many men are used to coping on their own. You might be carrying stress, grief, pressure, relationship problems, or a sense that something is not right, while still trying to get on with everyday life.

Therapy does not have to feel clinical or complicated. We can start wherever you are.

You do not need the right words

Many men find it hard to explain what is going on. That is okay. We can start wherever you are and work from there.

What it can feel like

Many men are raised to be strong, to cope, to provide, and not to show weakness. That can make it hard to talk openly when life feels heavy.

Shame can play a big part too. You might feel you should be handling things better, or that asking for help means you have failed in some way. It does not.

Men’s mental health does not always show up as sadness. It can appear as anger, silence, tiredness, withdrawal, stress, or feeling disconnected from the people around you.

You do not need to explain it perfectly. If something feels wrong, heavy, or hard to carry, that is enough to start.

Counselling gives you a confidential space to talk honestly, without judgement and without pressure to be anyone other than yourself.

We will work at your pace. You do not have to force anything, perform, or have all the answers.
