Anxiety & Depression Counselling

Green leaf between two gray thin lines

Support for men dealing with worrying thoughts, low mood, or feeling stuck and drained.

Anxiety and depression can affect every part of life. You may be finding it hard to switch off, sleep properly, enjoy things, or feel like yourself.

You do not need to have everything figured out before asking for support.

You do not have to carry this alone

However things feel right now, support is available. We can start with what feels most difficult today and take things one step at a time.

What anxiety and depression can feel like

The image shows a close-up view of the edge of a computer screen or monitor with a black background.

Anxiety and depression do not always look obvious from the outside. You might still be going to work, seeing people, and carrying on with normal life, while privately feeling exhausted, tense, low, or disconnected.

You might not know whether to call it anxiety, depression, stress, burnout, or just “not feeling right”. That is okay. We can start with what you are experiencing, not with a label.

Counselling gives you a calm, confidential space to talk honestly about what is happening, without having to pretend you are fine.

I will not judge you, rush you, or tell you what you should be feeling. We will work at your pace, looking at what anxiety or low mood feels like for you, how it affects your life, and what might help you feel more steady.
