Being outdoors has always offered me a sense of freedom, regardless of the weather. When life feels overwhelming, stepping outside has consistently served as a powerful counterbalance to stress. Slowing down and tuning into the sights, sounds, and smells of nature provides an opportunity to reset from everyday pressures. Connecting with the natural world can offer a grounding and rejuvenating experience.

I am Terry Bond, a qualified Person-Centred counsellor based in North Hampshire. I offer counselling both face to face in our modern Basingstoke office and through Outdoor Therapy sessions within the region. Therapy provides a safe, confidential, and non-judgemental space where you can explore challenging thoughts and emotions. The Person-Centred approach recognises that each client and their experiences are unique. This supportive environment encourages personal growth and greater self-awareness. Feeling safe and accepted in therapy can also build confidence to navigate life outside of sessions.

I hold a CPCAB Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling and have completed additional professional development in Creative Counselling Walk & Talk Therapy. I am a registered member of the BACP and adhere to their ethical framework. Alongside this, I have achieved the BACP Certificate of Proficiency, which assesses the knowledge, skills, and professionalism required of a counsellor. Before qualifying, I gained experience working with Butterflies, a local bereavement charity, supporting individuals through difficult times.
